Opening night is coming...

Friday, April 16th will hear the umpire's shout of play ball at Allen Park for the 35th year of the OTHG softball league.

The Over the Hill Gang softball league held its annual draft on Feb 26th selecting 23 players for the upcoming 2010 season. All ""rookies" are invited to Awards Night on Fri, March 5th at 7:30pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Morton Street.

On a sad note, the Over the Hill Gang sends its deepest sympathies to the family of Gary Tolp who recently passed away. Gary played 20 years for Darien and Wolfies leading both teams to championships with his powerful bat. Gary was part of OTHG history on a legendary night back in 1991 when he helped his team win three "do or die" games to capture the post season tournament. Gary was a true gentleman on and off the field. He'll be missed by the OTHG and the Farmingdale community.
